Common label mistakes we see

Only "Best before" and no "Use by". Under the 2020 rules the Use by or expiry date is the mandatory one.
Old veg mark. The non-veg mark is now a brown triangle, not a brown circle.
Ingredients in random order. They must go from heaviest to lightest.
No allergen line for wheat flour, milk solids or nuts used in the recipe.
No unit sale price next to the MRP.
A licence number with too few digits, or the number with no FSSAI logo.
